There are four kinds of fabrics for umbrellas, and the cost from low to high is polyester, PG cloth, nylon and transparent plastic.
Taenia fiber: Taenia fiber cloth is characterized by bright color. After rubbing the umbrella fabric on your hand, the crease is obvious and it is not easy to restore. When the cloth is rubbed, it will feel resistance and rustle. Apply a layer of silver glue on the polyester, which is what we usually call the silver glue umbrella. The anti ultraviolet function of the silver glue cloth is better, but after a long time of use, the silver glue is easy to separate from the folded place. Coating a layer of silver powder on polyester is what we usually call pearlescent cloth umbrella. The color of pearlescent cloth is gorgeous and deeply loved by women, but the anti sun ultraviolet effect is not ideal.
PG cloth: PG cloth is also called impact cloth. High density impact cloth is a new type of cloth. PG has the following characteristics: the color is matte and dark. The fabric feels like cotton cloth and has good light resistance. The cost of PG cloth is relatively high, but the UV protection function, quality stability and color grade are ideal. It is a better umbrella cloth. Generally, PG cloth is only used in high-grade umbrellas.
Nylon: nylon cloth is also a high-grade variety of umbrella fabric. The color of this kind of rain cloth is gorgeous. It feels like silk when touching your hand. Rub it back and forth with your hand, and the resistance is very small. However, this kind of cloth has a weakness. It is greatly affected by air humidity, and the umbrella cloth shrinks seriously, sometimes even affecting the normal opening and closing of the umbrella surface. Therefore, there are not many umbrella fabrics in our common use.
Transparent plastic: transparent umbrellas have become popular in recent years. The umbrella surface is made of Poe or PVC plastic, and some also have various patterns and colors.
